Whew! Thank goodness we’re almost through February. This winter has seemed exceptionally long. All the gray, short days and cold weather have me pining for spring and summer and thinking about my favorite warm weather recipes. Recipes like this blackberry cobbler. It’s a family favorite around here, and it’s so full of sweet, juicy goodness that I almost never have leftovers. Then, we top it with a sweet, simple flour and brown sugar topping that becomes almost biscuit-like when it’s all said and done. It’s so fresh, so sweet, and so delicious.
