Can I work out at other gyms outside of the SoCal franchise?
If your membership plan includes gyms outside of the SoCal franchise, you can train at them. Those who don’t have other Gold’s Gym locations included in their membership can use a Travel Pass to work out at any Gold’s Gym for up to 14 days within one calendar year with no added fee.
What types of classes are offered, and are they included in the membership fee?
Most fitness classes at Gold’s Gym Valencia are included in your membership, but some small-group training classes may have an additional fee. Some of our most popular fitness classes include Yoga, Strength Building, Zumba, Indoor Cycling, and Pilates. Do I need to bring my own towel and lock for the lockers?
Gold’s Gym Valencia doesn’t provide towel service, so members should bring their own towels to the gym. We do offer daily locker rentals, and if you’d like to rent a locker, you should bring your own lock.

What's the gym's policy on canceling or freezing memberships?
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to valenciagm@goldsgymsocal.com. Keep in mind that you must cancel 30 days prior to your billing date, and cancellation fees may apply. If you don’t want to cancel a membership but need to put it on pause, we allow membership freezes. Those interested in a membership freeze should email or call us at (661) 288-1818.
Do you have a sauna, steam room, or swimming pool?
We have an outdoor lap pool and hot tub. We also have separate men's and women’s steam rooms.
Are there age restrictions for gym membership?
You must be 13 years of age and older to receive a Gold’s Gym Valencia membership. Children under 16 must also be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the gym.
What's the policy on guests or bringing a friend?
Members can bring guests or a friend to Gold’s Gym Valencia if guests are included in their membership. You can also bring guests if there is a special promotion. When a promotion isn’t occurring or your membership doesn’t allow guests, your guest can use our free 7-day pass.
Do you offer childcare services or a kid’s area?
Currently, we do not offer a kid’s area or childcare at this location.
Is parking available? Is it free?
When you drive to Gold’s Gym Valencia, you can take advantage of free parking in the parking structure.
Can I transfer my membership to another location or person?
If you’d like to transfer your membership to another location or person, you can do so, but you must speak to a staff member at Gold’s Gym Valencia first. Call us at (661) 288-1818 or email us at valenciagm@goldsgymsocal.com to begin your membership transfer.
Do you accept insurance programs?
We accept multiple insurance programs at Gold’s Gym Valencia. The insurance programs we accept include Silver Sneakers, Silver and Fit, Peerfit, Tivity, Active and Fit, ClassPass, HUSK, and Prime.
