Strawberry Champagne Punch
You didn’t think we’d make it out of October without a PINK recipe, did you? For the last few years I’ve posted a pink treat in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this year I decided to skip dessert and go straight for the party starter! A delicious Strawberry Champagne Punch recipe.
This punch is actually one of the easiest recipes on my site, no joke, you will love how quickly this comes together!
It’s a mix of pureed strawberries, pink champagne, simple syrup, and lemon-lime soda. It’s sweet and bubbly and PINK!
Breast cancer and other cancershave impacted so many of us.
The “C” word is something we never want to hear in relation to those we love, and that’s why it’s important to spread awareness of early signs, preventative measures, and to keep raising funds to find a cure and alternative treatments.
So today we celebrate, honor, and remember those who have been impacted by breast cancer.
To the women and men who have battled it and to the spouses, children, parents, and friends who have fought alongside them, I raise this glass of Strawberry Champagne Punch to you!
How To Make Strawberry Champagne Punch:
This is such an easy co*cktail to make! You’ll begin by adding the thawed strawberries and simple syrup to a blender and blending until a puree forms, pour the puree into a large punch bowl or evenly into two large pitchers.
Next, you’ll pour in the champagne and the soda. Serve over ice and garnish with mint and whole strawberries if desired.
This is also a fantastic punch for bridal showers, baby showers, and New Year’s Eve parties! Serve it up in a large punch bowl or a couple pitchers and let the celebrations begin!

Would you use 7up, or la croix type soda?
Reply
Rebecca Hubbell says
We use 7up, but you could definitely use club soda or seltzer if you’d prefer.

I hosted a wreath making class today and thought this would be a nice treat for the women who attended. I was right!!! That strawberry puree makes all the difference. I followed directions exactly and it couldn’t have been any easier to make. Thank you for sharing. I believe this may become a staple for all my upcoming classes.Reply

Can this be made a day ahead of time and refrigerated?
Reply
Rebecca Hubbell says
You could blend the strawberries and combine them with the simple syrup in advance. But the champagne and soda should be added right before serving so it doesn’t go flat.

Do you think it would be okay to substitute the champagne for Prosecco?
Reply
Rebecca Hubbell says
Yes, that would be fine.

Sounds great! Would it be ok to omit the simple syrup to make it a little less sweet?

Rebecca Hubbell says
Absolutely!

Easy to make and was a crowd pleaser.Reply
Gina says
So, it already calls for lemon lime soda, would you:
1. add more soda
2. add more soda and club soda
3. just add club soda
4. make it according to the recipe and just omit the champagneSorry I just want to do it right.
Thanks so much for you input and help

I would replace the champagne with more lemon-lime soda or an equal amount of club soda. I wouldn’t do all club soda as you will lose some flavor and sweetness from the lemon-lime soda.

Could you make this without the champagne?
Reply
Rebecca Hubbell says
Yes, I would add club soda or lemon-lime soda instead!

Hi! This looks delicious and planning to make for a party. Is it OK to use Rose in place of pink moscato? And if so, still or sparkling? thanks!Reply
Rebecca Hubbell says
Rose is definitely okay to use and you can use still or sparkling, totally up to you since the soda will still give the drink a nice fizz.
