Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice's daughter Milania was involved in a car crash on Friday.
The 18-year-old — who celebrated her birthday in February — is recovering after her brand new $60KMercedes-Benz C-Class convertible was smashed following a collision with another vehicle in Boonton, New Jersey, as perTMZ.
According to the police report there was a disagreement at the crash site about who was responsible.Milania claimed the other driverran a stop sign, traveled through an intersection and then hit her luxury car.
Meanwhile the other driver alleged they stopped at the stop sign and looked before pulling out, but then crashed intoMilania's vehicle, which still had temporary tags on it.
The police report appears to side with Milania's version of events, as it states that the accident happeneddue to the other driver's 'inattention and failing to yield to the right of way' of Milania.

The damage was big enough that Milania's car had to be towed from the site of the accident.
Giudice family attorney James Leonard confirmed to TMZ that Milania was involved in the accident, and stated, 'We are extremely grateful that nobody was hurt. That’s all that matters.'
Despite the car crash, Teresa's second-youngest daughter seemingly enjoyed the rest of the weekend as her mom threw her a party.
Teresa, 51, honored Milania with a college-themed bash, after she officially decided to attended the University of Tampa.
The star decorated her home with the school colors and merchandise.
'Congratulations on the University of Tampa! I love you so much and I am so proud of you! I can’t wait to see what you accomplish within your four years, make mommy proud,' Teresa wrote in the caption.
In the two snaps the mother and daughter duo were sat side-by-side on a bed adorned with red, black, white and grey balloons.
Countless hoodies and other merch items were also pictured in font of them.

Despite the car crash, Milania seemingly enjoyed the rest of the weekend as her mom Teresa, 51, threw her a college-themed party, before she heads off to the University of Tampa
Last month the duo attended the second weekend of Coachella together, along with Teresa's husband Luis Ruelas.
The last remaining original RHONJ cast member shared some photos and one video from the festival's second weekend.
The post featured several family photos, some just of mother and daughter, some of husband and wife and one of all three of them.
Milania celebrated her 18th birthday in February, and Teresa gushed about her in an Instagram post.
'Happy 18th birthday to my gorgeous Milania, my mini me! You've blossomed into an incredible young woman with a heart of gold,' the proud mother wrote in her caption.
'Your beauty radiates both inside and out, and your love, care, and kindness never cease to amaze me,' she continued.
'I am with so much pride for the amazing young woman you've become, and the hard work and dedication you put into everything you do.'
She ended by writing, 'You truly are the life of the party, bringing joy and laughter wherever you go. Love you endlessly!'
In the social media post, the Paterson, New Jersey native shared a number of throwback snaps of her daughter as a child, and a couple of Milania during more recent times.
